SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature is required for delivery and we are not able to to request authority to leave without a signature on your behalf.
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. We do our best to get your order processed and shipped out to you ASAP. Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed. Any shipping address that does not exist on Google Maps will be delayed for dispatch.
We'll send a shipment notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This email includes your unique tracking number which you can enter on the Australia Post website to track it’s progress.
Please note that Sky Walkers cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors. Any order that is Returned To Sender due to incorrect shipping address provided- will be charged shipping costs again to have the order resent.
Please note that during the busy holiday periods, there are possible delays in shipping orders.
At this point in time we are unable to ship outside of Australia. This is something we are working on and will update all our customers as soon as this changes.
